The Temporary Restraining Order was issued on 4/18/2025 by Judge Calvert in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia’s Atlanta Division against the U.S. Attorney General, U.S. Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security, and the Acting Director of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
Georgia Civil Rights Organizations: CAIR-Georgia, ACLU Georgia and Advancing Justice-Atlanta filed an Amicus brief in the case.
